Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Our answering service can be reached day or night through our office telephone number: 212-861-8000.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
Fees, Payments and Financing
Cosmetic surgery fees are largely based on the estimated length and complexity of surgery. Fees for a specific procedure may vary between patients due to differing degrees of complexity. For these reasons, we are unable to quote surgical fees until the time of examination and consultation. Reconstructive surgery is generally covered by medical insurance, although coverage for specific procedures and the levels of coverage may vary greatly. There are a number of "gray areas" in insurance coverage for plastic surgery that sometimes require special consideration by an insurance carrier. Prior authorization is obtained when possible. Although we do not offer patient financing directly through this office, we can direct you to an ASPS -endorsed financing program. You may apply directly for these loans and, based on approval, funds will be sent directly to you. This does not affect our payment policies. Regardless of any loan agreement you may make regarding your cosmetic surgery procedure, our office requires payment in full no less than 10 days prior to your scheduled surgery date.
